Located in a civil-war era mill built over the Megunticook river in the heart of downtown Camden, Maine, 40Paper is restaurant of contradiction and symmetry. We are a traditional Italian restaurant serving hand-made pasta, but our menu also features culinary influences from Spain, France and the surrounding Mediterranean countries. The service was clean, polite and very accommodating. The mushroom risotto appetizer was phenomenal and they were willing to make my entree vegetarian.

After wining and dining everywhere in Portland, I had the most exceptional meal and service at 40 Paper in Camden, Maine. Our waiter was subtle, quiet, and cared about overall experience, which is key. Every plate from beginning to end melted into one another. Love this place.

Hi Rick, unfortunately we are not open in Thanksgiving. We close for most major holidays, and Sunday’s each week. Aside from that, it’s the same schedule Mon-Sat, year round!

4-11, happy hour 4-6.
